Product Description

The automatic controller with a waterproof temperature sensor is a convenient device that acts as an on/off heat switch to regulate the water temperature in an aquarium or pond, among other applications. Using the set temperatures, the controller determines when to turn the heater on or off.

The controller is equipped with a 230-volt output (built-in socket), allowing you to directly connect a mains-powered heater or heating element. The housing itself is made of durable plastic and is intended for wall mounting, although it is not suitable for outdoor use.
The controller comes with an external temperature sensor in a waterproof design. This sensor measures the temperature in the water and transmits this information to the controller. You can easily see if the heater is activated through the controller's LED indicator.
Please note that while the temperature sensor is suitable for outdoor use, the housing itself is not suitable for outdoor placement. If you intend to use the controller in an outdoor environment, we recommend using the pond thermostat. This thermostat features a robust waterproof Pt1000 sensor with a 10-meter cable.

Application

In addition to temperature control, the controller also functions as a digital thermometer. You can use the controller to monitor the temperature, and the highest and lowest measured temperatures are stored in the controller's memory for reference. Even if the mains power is interrupted, the set temperatures and stored measurements are preserved in the memory.
The temperature sensor can be placed "remotely." This means you can position the sensor further away from the housing, such as in the pond water or aquarium, while keeping the housing indoors. The connection cable of the temperature sensor can be extended up to 50 meters. If the cable is interrupted or short-circuited, a fault notification will appear to alert you to the issue.
