Continuous air quality monitoring
The permanently lit display with traffic light function provides a quick insight into the current CO2 and aerosol concentration in the room air. The colors shown serve as a guideline for optimal ventilation management: with orange you open the window, for example, and with red both doors and windows.
Sufficient ventilation prevents poor hygiene and decreasing productivity due to insufficient supply of fresh air. For a reliable check, we recommend one ventilation traffic light per 40m2 surface.
Easily movable ventilation detector,
Installation is easy, without the hassle of cords and cables. The device works on safe low voltage, via a mains adapter. The ventilation traffic light is already active within 1 minute after connecting to a socket. No adjustment or adjustment is necessary.
This smart ventilation meter monitors the current CO2 value, humidity and temperature. The color indicator (traffic light) shows you immediately when ventilation is necessary:
Green - Hygienically safe - no action required
Yellow - Increased CO2 values - ventilation required
Red - Poor air quality - ventilation necessary
Ventilation alarm with handy stand
Thanks to the supplied stainless steel (SS) stand, the air quality monitor is easy to install and move; on a table, counter, cabinet. Fixed mounting against a wall is of course also possible. All you need is an electrical outlet.
It is important that the air can circulate properly during installation. For this, the convection openings must be at the top and bottom respectively. Avoid being affected by drafts and proximity to open windows, doors and radiators.
Why a CO2 Ventilation Traffic Light?
The ventilation traffic light also has a function for measuring the humidity. Various studies show that this influences the spread of the COVID19 virus. If the humidity is too high or too low, the risk of infection increases.
The recommended relative humidity is between 40% and 60%. If this value is lower, viruses will remain active for longer on dried-out surfaces. At a humidity of more than 60% ventilation is desirable.
