The siren itself is compact in size and can be easily mounted. It is recommended to mount the siren with the opening facing downwards, where a sound horn is also attached (although this is not visible in the photo). This ensures optimal sound distribution and maximises the warning signals. This siren can be placed both indoors and outdoors, but if the siren is placed outdoors, this must be done under a roofed area. This protects the siren from the elements and extends the lifespan of the device.
Regarding installation, the siren housing has two mounting holes and a terminal block for connecting a 2-wire power supply. This makes the installation process straightforward and simplifies connecting the siren to the mains power. Overall, this siren is a reliable and effective solution for water leak detection. The compact alarm siren should be mounted with the opening, where there is also a sound horn (not visible in the photo), facing downwards. Placement outdoors is permitted, provided it is under a roof overhang. The housing contains two holes for mounting and a terminal block for connecting a 2-wire power cable.
