The barrel heating belt is a powerful industrial silicone heater designed for situations where fast, intensive and high-power heating is required. Thanks to its flexible design, the belt fits closely around the vessel, transferring heat directly and efficiently. Silicone is the ideal material here: it has a low thermal mass, excellent thermal conductivity and continues to perform reliably, even in long-term use at high temperatures.
The heating belt is double-insulated with silicone rubber, ensuring safe and durable operation even in demanding industrial environments. This band is lightweight and easy to attach with the integrated spring-loaded fastener, making it quick to mount and move. Depending on the application, the belt can be supplied with a capillary thermostat (0-180 °C) or a digital thermostat (0-120 °C), allowing accurate temperature setting and monitoring.
The combination of high heating capacity, flexibility and chemical resistance makes this heating belt a reliable solution for bringing a variety of liquids and semi-solids to temperature. Suitable for both plastic and metal vessels, the belt is widely used in production processes where viscosity, fluidity and temperature control are crucial.
