Product description
Simple float switch with on/off switching contact. The mounting height determines the switching point when the liquid level changes.
This float switch is intended for tap water, rainwater, waste water and all kinds of other liquids or chemicals. Note: not suitable for oil, petrol and diesel.
Applications
- detection of water level in tank or basin
- alarm notification on level change
- Potential-free switching contact for pump control
Float switch as alarm sensor
This float switch can be connected to a water detector, in place of a water sensor or detection tape.
It has two connecting wires, which you may extend to 50 m if you wish. When the water level rises, the float housing floats and the changeover contact switches.
NB: not safe for switching 230 V.
