The IBC heating blanket is a powerful and extra-large heating solution specially developed for heating and conditioning 1000-litre IBC containers. With a span of up to 4.4 metres, the blanket completely surrounds the container, creating an efficient oven effect. Heat is evenly distributed over the surface, ensuring stable and controlled heating of the contents.
The robust construction and high-quality insulation make the blanket suitable for intensive industrial use. Thanks to the simple hook system, this heating blanket is quick to install and just as easy to remove again. This makes it a practical and flexible solution for production processes where temperature control is essential.
The heating blanket is equipped with two separately controlled heating zones (top and bottom). This allows the heat to be precisely adjusted to the amount of product in the container. As soon as the liquid level drops below the centre of the IBC, the upper zone switches off automatically, saving energy and preventing overheating.
