The Mobeye SISTM is a 2-channel module, suitable for all sensors with an output value between 0 and (maximum) 10 volts, or 4-20mA. By setting the measuring range, conversion factor and calibration value, the values can be read out as understandable values.
The Mobeye communication detectors measure the values of virtually any industrial sensor. As soon as (min/max) limit values are set and exceeded, the specified contacts receive an alarm notification. Periodically the sensor values are logged and displayed in an online portal.

Applications
Depending on the version, the CML4015 and the sensors operate entirely on batteries, or on a 12-24VDC power source.
The CML4015-HP uses external power supply for the SISTM and the sensors. With continuous measurement on the sensors, if the set limit is under or exceeded, an alarm is initiated. Logging of values is done according to an adjustable interval. The power supply is also monitored. If it fails, an alarm notification follows. Externally powered; SISTM and sensors and operate on a 12-24V DC voltage source or via a mains adapter.

Operation:
- Select a suitable sensor and place it together with the Mobeye SISTM.
- Set the warm-up time, calibration value, log frequency, alarm limits, and other settings, and choose contacts for notifications.
- If alarm limits are under or exceeded, the SISTM sends alarm messages to contacts. The logged values can be viewed online in table and graph form.

Tip: A battery watcher is essential for monitoring analogue limits and provides visibility of voltage drift.
Added value sim/portal
As a SIM card, we recommend activating the included Mobeye SIM card. With this, the device communicates via both 4G LTE-M and 2G and ís “multi-provider”. It chooses the strongest network on site, has very good penetrability and thus gives a reliable connection. With the Mobeye SIM card, the device is also connected to the Mobeye Portal and the Mobeye Messages app. This gives extra security and user-friendliness. The dashboard shows the status of one or more devices at a glance. Programming is done online, incoming test messages are checked automatically, in case of problems contacts are alerted via app, call, SMS and/or e-mail. Forwarding to a control room (PAC) is also possible. The SIM card costs €4/month* excluding VAT (flat fee for normal use), (annual) payment is online, or -on request- by invoice. An own SIM card is also possible (NL: KPN or Vodafone, no t-Mobile or subsidiaries). The device then works (only) via 2G and the Mobeye Portal functions are cancelled. On alarm it will call and/or text (to max. 5 numbers). Note that a prepaid card expires if the card is not used for too long.
