Product description
Simple float switch in plastic design, for mains water, rainwater, wastewater and similar liquids.
The installation height determines the switching point of the float. Measured from the underside, a water level of at least 1 cm is required before the switching contact reacts.
Applications
Changeover contact for NO or NC
Due to rising water, the float will rise and activate its built-in switch contact. Applicable for detecting a maximum or a minimum level.
The float body (the float) can be inverted to set the switching function to NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open). Warning: this float is not suitable for switching mains voltage.
Connect to water detector
The float sensor can be connected to a water alarm or level control, instead of a conductivity sensor. The 2-wire signal line can be extended up to 50 m.
