Reading out, alarming and logging sensor values are done with the Mobeye SISTM LP.
The Mobeye SISTM measures the values of virtually any industrial sensor. The inputs of the SISTM read the output values and convert them to meaningful parameters. If (min/max) limit values are set and exceeded, the contacts receive an alarm notification. Periodically, sensor values are logged and displayed in an online portal.

Because the Mobeye System LP is completely batch-fed, it is also important to monitor it properly. For this we have the Twinlog CM guard; a battery monitor that accurately observes analogue readings.
Applications
The CML4015-LP is fully battery-powered and self-contained, powering both the SISTM and the sensors. The CML4015-LP measures sensor values periodically, with an adjustable interval and warm-up time of the sensors. The measured values are logged. If the alarm limit is under or exceeded, an alarm notification follows.
Operation:
- Choose the appropriate sensor and place it simultaneously with the Mobeye SISTM.
- Configure the warm-up time, calibration value, log frequency alarm limits and other settings. Also ensure that contacts for alarms are designated.
- If alarm limits are exceeded and or undershot, an alarm notification is immediately sent to the specified contacts.

Added value sim/portal
As a SIM card, we recommend activating the included Mobeye SIM card. With this, the device communicates via both 4G LTE-M and 2G and ís “multi-provider”. It chooses the strongest network on site, has very good penetrability and thus gives a reliable connection. With the Mobeye SIM card, the device is also connected to the Mobeye Portal and the Mobeye Messages app. This gives extra security and user-friendliness. The dashboard shows the status of one or more devices at a glance. Programming is done online, incoming test messages are checked automatically, in case of problems contacts are alerted via app, call, SMS and/or e-mail. Forwarding to a control room (PAC) is also possible. The SIM card costs €4/month* excluding VAT (flat fee for normal use), (annual) payment is online, or -on request- by invoice. An own SIM card is also possible (NL: KPN or Vodafone, no t-Mobile or subsidiaries). The device then works (only) via 2G and the Mobeye Portal functions are cancelled. On alarm it will call and/or text (to max. 5 numbers). Note that a prepaid card expires if the card is not used for too long.
