The Floodline MultiZone control panel from Andel is a professional solution for detecting water, oil and gas leaks. Available with 4, 8 or 16 zones, the wall-mounted panel offers continuous, reliable monitoring of multiple detection areas simultaneously. Its modern technology and comprehensive functionality make it ideal for both installers and end users.
Each zone can consist of a single sensor or a network of water, oil or gas sensors, including remote sensors up to 1,500 metres. The system monitors the entire network 24/7 for leaks and can also measure humidity and temperature per zone. This makes it widely applicable in technical rooms, industrial plants, data centres and utility buildings.
The zones operate completely independently of each other and are displayed separately on the panel. This allows simultaneous or successive alarms to be accurately recorded and analysed. When one zone triggers an alarm, the remaining zones remain fully operational essential for reliable and continuous leak detection.
How does the cable work?
Thanks to its high-quality outer jacket, the cable quickly absorbs liquid. As soon as water or any other liquid you want to detect reaches the core of the cable, an alarm is triggered by the system. Moreover, the cable also indicates where liquid has been detected, making locating leaks very easy. As many as 1 cable can be used to control eight separate notification zones. You can easily attach the cable to pipes (inside and outside insulation), drip trays or gutters or along roof edges. So you can use this water detection system very flexibly!
