Universal sensor for detecting moisture or water.
Note that this is a passive element, which only works in combination with a water alarm, water switch, leakage detector or water alarm relay.
Applications
The water sensor is designed for fixed mounting, using the matching mounting bracket. Point the metal detection pins (contacts) downwards, e.g. a few mm above the floor.
Other ways of fixing (e.g. lying flat on the floor or against the underside of appliances) are also possible.
Note: use under water (drain protection) is permitted. The blank detection pins must not come into contact with (conductive) metal.
