Return policy webshop

We do not use a paper return form with the order. Instead, you can send an e-mail to info@voltanova.nl with the order number and the reason for return, if applicable.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.* You will have another 14 days to return the product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including any shipping costs. Only the return costs from your own location to the warehouse are for your own account. These costs are €25 per parcel and €100 per pallet if our carrier picks it up. Returning your order, with a carrier of your choice, on your own is also possible.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, if reasonably possible, return the product in its original packaging, including all parts, in unused condition to Dugoshop. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@voltanova.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order. Sometimes we can help by recommending an alternative that (does) meet your wishes and needs. If you are interested, please let us know.

You can do this to make your return faster:

• Add (a copy of) the packing slip or invoice to the parcel with ‘’return’’ written on it
• If a replacement product is desired, we recommend placing a new order in advance, so that this order is already processed and shipped (otherwise we will wait until the product is returned)
