Alma Techniek naturally works with excellent material. If you do find any defects in your electric underfloor heating, we offer all our customers excellent guarantees. We will visit you and with our repair equipment (all in-house) we can solve problems quickly.

Once we have installed your electric underfloor heating, we offer up to a 5-year warranty. We don't hassle with sending you a new mat, we come in person to locate the problem very precisely and fix it completely. We take out the tile that is malfunctioning, repair it and put it back.

In addition, we offer a five-year warranty on thermostat and switchgear*:

• If your peripherals break down in the first two years after installation, we do not charge for call-out, labour and material costs.
• If your peripherals break down in the third year after installation, we do not charge for labour and material costs.
• If your peripherals break down in the fourth year after installation, we will not charge a material cost.
• If your peripherals fail in the fifth year after installation, we charge only 50 per cent of the material cost.

Note: This does not apply to driveway, road surface or outdoor stair heating.

Alma Techniek has the equipment and knowledge to detect and solve defects and malfunctions in electrical underfloor heating quickly and precisely. Using a special saw, we cut through the joint, then remove the tile. Then we repair the defective underfloor heating element, quickly and neatly. If possible, we replace the tile.

Even if you have had your electric underfloor heating installed by another supplier or installer, we can be of service if you have any damage. We are able to solve problems with almost all brands of electric underfloor heating, which is why we are also regularly called in by manufacturers to solve problems.
