The AM1 alarm module is designed to signal system malfunctions. The module must be connected to the controller's VBus and provides an optical signal via the red LED when a failure has occurred.

Applications

The AM1 also has a potential-free relay output, which can be connected to a building management system (BMS), for example. This allows a collective fault message to be issued in the event of a system failure. This ensures the reliability and stable output of the system.
