Orders and payment 

Dugoshop focuses on business customers, which is why prices are listed excluding VAT. Our prices are public, and you do not need to create an account before placing an order. If desired, you can enter your own reference number during the ordering process.

After entering your details, you can choose the desired payment method: preferably iDEAL for the Netherlands and MrCash/Bancontact for Belgium. These payment options are free and fast, allowing us to release a shipping order within 20 minutes. Other payment methods are available as well, but the costs incurred will be charged.

Bank transfers are also possible. With this payment option, you will receive a PDF invoice, and the order will be shipped once the payable amount has been received. The same procedure will be followed when you send an (PDF) order by email. Delivery on account is only possible for regular customers who order frequently.

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible as long as it has not been shipped. We prefer to receive such a request by email. 'The sooner, the better' applies here, so that we do not incur unnecessary costs. If you can save on shipping costs by expanding an order, we will manually adjust the order.

Delivery time and shipping

Most items are in stock. In general, the delivery time is 1 or 2 business days, depending on the time of order and the time the daily driver picks up the goods. Feel free to send a message if you want to know if an item is in stock.

We pay individual attention to each package to prevent damage during transport. Empty spaces are filled so that the contents do not rattle around in the box. Delivery takes place on weekdays.

Packages are mostly shipped by GLS or DPD, but we reserve the right to deviate from this. Orders of €50 or more are shipped for free within the Netherlands and Belgium. If your order is below €50 a fixed contribution to the shipping costs will be applied. This is not dependent on the shipping method or weight of the package.

Likewise we deliver to customers in other EU countries, the most common countries are listed on the order page. The additional costs will automatically appear in the checkout field. For shipping costs to other countries (within the EU), please contact us before placing an order.
Picking up orders (also outside office hours) is possible too, but only by appointment.

Exchanges and returns

If you ordered the wrong item or you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within the legal period of 14 days. You will receive a refund for the product, but you will need to pay for the shipping yourself.
You do not need to fill out a special return form to send it back. A short email with the order number, preferably with a reason for the return, will suffice. Sometimes, there may be a more suitable alternative or another solution that can help you. Your feedback also helps us improve our product descriptions in the webshop.
Would you like to include the packing slip or a printout of your email with the return notification? This will allow us to quickly locate the relevant information for a rapid refund.

Exchanging an item through the delivery driver, is often time-consuming and prone to errors. We advise you to simply place a new order for a replacement item. You can do this immediately, or after you have received the refund for the returned item.

Returned items must be complete (including manuals, mounting materials, etc.) and unused, preferably in the original packaging. It is important that we can resell the product, as no one wants to buy used goods. Any costs associated with handling a return item will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty and complaints

It is best to report delivery issues as soon as possible. Please check the tracking code you received on the day of shipment first. If a shipment is incomplete or contains the wrong products, the problem will be resolved as soon as possible without any additional costs.

All items come with the usual one-year warranty. Often, the warranty is longer, but this depends on the manufacturer. In principle, a defective item will be repaired or replaced, but we are flexible with other appropriate solutions.
For (technical) questions or problems, we prefer to receive a notification by email. Please also include the order number so we can determine exactly which product is involved, as some items may look very similar.
