condensation sensor
The condensation sensor is a moisture sensor that can measure condensation in the place where it is mounted. The built-in relay transmits an ON or OFF signal in the event of an alarm.
Applications of the condensation sensor
- Monitoring moisture formation on pipes.
- Condensation monitoring of fogged shop windows, swimming pool windows, etc.
- Monitoring production processes.
- Goods monitoring in warehouses.
- Control cabinet protection.
Connect to building management system
The condensation sensor can be connected to a BMS (building management system) or a water detector, via a signal cable from the terminal block (up to 1.5 mm²) and the gland with watertight seal.
Checking the relay status
When the supply voltage is present, the LED lights up green. Once the relay is energized, this light turns red.
Placement of the condensation sensor
The condensation sensor (or condensation sensor, electronic hygrostat, dew point sensor) can be clamped to a pipe with the 2 supplied ty-reps strips. Screwing to a flat surface is also possible, using two mounting holes in the aluminum carrier.
