Water sensor | 10 or 30 m cable
Universal sensor for detecting moisture or water.
Note: this is a passive element that only works in combination with a water alarm, water switch, leak detector or water alarm relay.
The water sensor is designed for fixed mounting, using the matching mounting bracket. Point the metal detection pins (contacts) downwards, e.g. a few mm above the floor.
Other ways of mounting (eg lying flat on the floor or against the underside of appliances) are also possible.
Please note: use under water (drain protection) is permitted. The bare detection pins must not come into contact with (conductive) metal.
