Product description
The water level switch can control a water pump or
water valve and thus regulate the water level in a pond, well, water basin, water tank, etc.
The Water Level Switch works with 2 separate sensors: one for the lowest level and one for the highest water level. You place the sensors one above the other and the distance between them is not critical.
Applications
Automatic control of water level
Applications include automatic level control in a pond and monitoring rainwater storage. The sensors without moving parts work very reliably in a conductive liquid, such as (dirty) water. They may be used in a basin made of concrete, plastic or metal.
The water level switch has a sturdy plastic housing, intended for wall mounting but not suitable for outdoor installation.
For filling and emptying
The front panel contains no fewer than 5 LED lights: mains voltage/ on/ off/ switch point MIN/ switch point MAX/ error message. Depending on your application, you can set the water level switch to Refill (valve/valve) or Empty (pump).
The built-in socket serves to connect a 230 V pump, a solenoid valve or an alarm generator. You determine the switching points yourself with the mounting height of the sensors.
The sensors supplied (with mounting material) have a 2-wire connection cable with RJ45 plug.
If required, you may extend the cables up to 20 metres per sensor. The low voltage on the sensor cable and contact pins is touch-safe.
