The compact frost guard is intended for keeping small spaces frost-free. When the temperature in its vicinity falls below the set value, it will automatically switch on the heating element.

Frost guard is safe
This unit is reliable due to its all-metal construction and built-in dial thermostat*. You will hear a soft click at the switching point. Moreover, this frost guard is safe when you are away, because it does not contain a fan or other moving parts.

Optional temperature control
To accurately set the temperature (and thus the power consumption), we recommend an external thermostat:
Winter thermostat (with external sensor) or the
Plug-in Thermostat.
Procedure when using external control: set the knob of the frost protector to maximum (position 6), after which the thermostat takes over control.
